Indian Head Massage
This therapy has been used for thousands of years primarily by people in India and other Asian countries. In recent years it has been spoken of by the Native Americans who use a similar technique but also used the person’s aura to aid a peaceful calming effect.

Indian Head Massage consists of various massage techniques used on the; Head - Upper Back - Shoulders - Arms - Neck - Face The massage always takes place fully clothed and can be adapted for each individual. REIKI
Reiki is a very old method of healing from Tibet, dating back thousands of years. It has been reintroduced by a Japanese doctor in the 1880’s. Reiki will be carried by me while the client either sits or lays down. As above this takes place fully clothed throughout, Reiki is carried out by either placing the hands on or above specific areas of the body; the positions are known to be the primary chakra points.

HOPI EAR CANDLING
This treatment comes to you from the Hopi tribe of Native Americans but it has also been used by Siberia - Asia - South & North America.
It consists of burning an aromatherapy beeswax candle in each each and letting it slowly burn down. This process will not take more than 10-15 per ear. This treatment is perfectly safe at no time will the naked flame be close to you. The candle is made of a special material which will not shed its ash or wax whilst burning sp once again the process is perfectly saf to use. All you have to do is lay down and relax. This treatment helps with:

Allowing you total relaxation thus allowing your mind to let go off fears and stress which we all face in our daily lives.

MINI FACE, HEAD, NECK MASSAGE
Using the Acupressure points to begin unblocking stress points I will then give you a mini face, neck & head massage. This is great if you are not used to holistice treatments. You will leave relaxed and with more knowledge of what a full treatment would entail.

This is a full body massage but can be adapted to suit the individuals needs. Using oils to aid relaxation and peace of mind you get to drift away from the outside world. Whatever problems you brought in with you will have less effect after this treatment.

Young People
Don't forget it's not only adults who benefit from a treatment, these are all excellent for young people too. They may find Reiki on its own a little boring. But an Indian Head or face massage would work like magic to help relax and calm them. Children pick up stress at a much younger age nowadays. ADHD & other anti social behaviour can all be treated with these therapies in some cases the behaviour has totally turned around with regular treatments. With a face massage or Indian Head Massage they will not feel threatened in any way as they remain fully clothed at all times. If children under 14 are treated I would expect their parent / carer to be with them for obvious safety reason one being child protection.
I have not set a price for these treatments as it would depend upon the child and their problems. Some may sit for the whole treatment whilst others would become restless after 5-10 minutes. These would be an excellent pre exam treat to help calm and relax them before the big day plus enabling them to focus on the exam without becoming stressed. This also give them more focus on the day and the questions appear easier.
